The busy bar at Victorio's

Our Story

Three generations. Two locations. One motto: get shucked.

A Florida Original

Victorio's isn't a chain. It's not a franchise. It's a family-owned restaurant that's been feeding Central Florida for over 45 years. We make everything from scratch, shuck every oyster by hand, and know half our customers by name. That's the way we like it.

Our Timeline

1979

It All Started With Pizza

Victorio's opened its doors as a small neighborhood pizzeria in Central Florida. Homemade dough, fresh sauce, and a family behind the counter — it was honest food from day one.

1980s

The Oyster Bar Was Born

Customers kept asking for seafood, so we added an oyster bar. Turns out, people loved it. Fresh oysters shucked right at the bar became our signature — and we've been shucking ever since.

1990s

A Local Favorite

Word spread. What started as a pizza spot became THE spot for oysters, Italian seafood, cold beer, and live music. Regulars turned into family, and Friday nights on the patio became a tradition.

2000s

Growing the Family

A second generation stepped up to carry on the tradition. The menu grew, the patio expanded, and the fish tanks got bigger — but the heart of the place never changed.

2010s

Two Locations, One Family

We opened our Titusville location to bring the same great food, same cold beer, and same welcoming atmosphere to the Space Coast. Two kitchens, one family.

Today

Still Shucking After All These Years

Three generations later, we're still here — shucking oysters, making pizza dough from scratch, pouring cold ones, and treating every customer like family. Florida's #1 Oyster Bar & Grille since 1979.
